Julianna: I got this letter that it said: “Why don’t you just call it ‘The good slut’?” I walk down the street and there are a lot of people saying: “Don’t go with Will, you are cheating on your husband!!” And it is amaaazing to me that in…2012…I’m like: “Have you seen the show? He fucks whores! Not just hookers, people we worked with; and, by the way, I left him!!” What?? And she is the slut!? That’s what shocks me the most about our world. Most of the letters that come in are from christians, people that see a woman who is still married, who is not legally divorced so it doesn’t matter what the husband has done or that she is having this affair even though they are separated.

Day 1: Why did you start watching?
I’ve loved Julianna Margulies ever since she was on Emergency Room and had something going on with George Clooney. I used to ship those two way back when I didn’t really know what a ship is, or even what love is.
She’s gorgeous, she’s beautiful and she’s wonderful. So, when I heard she got her own show, I decided to start watching, even though I do not like shows about lawyers and I didn’t find the name particularly intriguing.
Then, I found out that Christine Baranski is on it. Christine Baranski makes everything good and nothing ever hurts, when she’s around.
I watched 4 episodes, not really knowing if I would continue or not and finally fell head over heels. Archie Panjabi might have helped.
I haven’t seen a show that was able to make my stomach twist like that since Grey’s Anatomy.
